Amanda is responsible for ensuring that Three enables our people to fulfil their potential and that they feel fully supported to deliver the best experience for our customers.
Since taking on the role, Amanda has developed a People experience strategy, overseen the refurbishment of our main office locations so they are even better environments to work in, introduced agile ways of working so that different teams work across the business as effectively as possible and launched a ‘wellness’ programme to ensure that all of our people feel happy and supported in their roles.
She joined Three UK in February 2009 as Sales Director responsible for retail, online, indirect, business and telesales before moving to her current role as People Director. Prior to this, Amanda spent five years at O2 where she took on three specific roles including Head of Indirect, Head of SME and Head of Online and Telesales.
She began her working career at Xerox where she spent 15 years in a variety of roles across finance, pricing and channel management.
