Chief Digital Officer
ToM is Three’s Chief Digital Officer, responsible for launching new digital product lines such as our offers and rewards app Wuntu.
ToM joined Three UK in July 2011 as Chief Marketing Officer, with a mission to change the brand position from cheap prices to high quality with a clear purpose that puts the customer first. His six-year stint as Chief Marketing Officer saw him place the brand on a firm footing with the highest NPS of any UK mobile network operator.
Prior to joining Three UK, ToM spent 10 years at Three Austria, the last four as Chief Marketing Officer.
