In the latest YouGov tablet survey, Three came top in 8 out of 11 attributes.
These 8 attributes are:
- Getting connected
- Staying connected
- Reliability during the day
- Reliability in the evening
- Download speeds
- Upload speeds
- Overall satisfaction
- Value for money
Three was also the highest rated provider for network coverage in rural areas and network coverage outdoors.
All figures, unless otherwise stated are from YouGov Plc. Total sample size was 3,618 adults, of which 1,652 had a tablet. Of these 439 owned a Wi-Fi and 3G tablet. Three’s tablet 3G sample was 70 users. This is the seventh wave of an independent study. Fieldwork was undertaken between the 27th January and 2nd February 2012. The survey was carried out online. The figures have not been weighted. T-Mobile has been excluded due to low tablet base.
