The B311 Wireless Router provides you with access to the Internet through mobile networks, and Ethernet networks. By connecting to the B311 using Wi-Fi or a network cable, you can get access to high-speed Internet services. It’s super easy to establish a secure local area network within your property without the need for a fixed line solution or lengthy contract.

    Delivery.

    Phones, Tablets & MIFI ®.

    We offer next day delivery (unless otherwise stated) on phones, tablets and Mobile Wi-Fi devices ordered before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in 2 working days.

    You can have your device delivered either to your home, or to a Three Store. We’ll need a mobile phone number and email address so we can keep you up to date on your order.

    We deliver between 9am and 6pm on weekdays, and deliveries to our Inverness Three Store take an extra day. We don’t deliver on weekends or bank holidays. If your order’s being delivered to your billing address, it’ll need to be signed for.

    SIMs and Dongles.

    We deliver SIMs and Dongles to your home address within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail, and you won’t need to wait in to sign for them.

    Pre-orders.

    The estimated delivery window for pre-order/back-order is 4 weeks, depending on stock arriving from our supplier. You can track your order through DPD and you’ll get an estimated date of delivery when you place your order. We’ll let you know when your device is on its way to you, or if there’s any changes to your order.

    We can’t give an exact date for pre-orders because new device launches can be really popular and manufacturers can struggle with demand, which can affect delivery to our warehouse. We don’t want to make promises we can’t keep, so we give you the date we’re aiming towards, and we’ll let you know if there’s any changes.

    If you’re a new customer, we can only deliver devices to your billing address or a Three store to protect you against fraud. If you’re upgrading your account, you can select a different address. You can change your delivery date if you want to. Once the device is with DPD, you’’ll receive a text confirming the delivery date and your options.

    Returns.

    You can return any new and unused device or accessory bought online for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our returns team on 0333 338 1001.

    If you change your mind and want to exchange your device for a different make or model, a charge will be applied. You can find details of this in our Price Guide.

    Please make sure you keep your delivery note and any collection receipts for orders picked up from one of our Three Stores.

    What to expect on your first bill.

    Once you’re up and running, you’ll be able to see your first bill in about 7 to 10 days, and we’ll take the first Direct Debit payment around 19 days later.

    Your first bill will be a bit higher than normal, because it’ll be for 1 month and up to 8 days extra. After that, it’ll be back to the normal agreed amount.
