We know how important it is to be able to see your usage and balance whenever and wherever you need to. That’s why we created My3. You can access it for free from your phone or computer, and it won’t use up any of your data allowance.
With My3 you can:
- Keep track of the minutes, texts and data you’ve used
- Register a card or set up a Direct Debit
- View, print and pay your bill if you’re on Pay Monthly
- Top up your credit and check your balance if you're on Pay As You Go
- Update your details (like your home address, email and more)
- Upgrade your Pay Monthly phone.
Access My3 on your phone.
With My3 on your phone, it’s easy to stay on top of your usage wherever you are – and there’s no need to register. Just select ‘Planet 3’ and choose the ‘My3 account’ tab. Or you can type m.three.co.uk in your phone’s browser.
And now there’s an even quicker way to get to My3. If you have an iPhone or Android phone, download the Three app for easy access to My3 whenever you need it. Just search for ‘Three’ in the App Store or Marketplace on your phone.
Register to use My3 on a computer.
If you want to use My3 from a computer, you can register here. On your first visit you’ll be asked to set a PIN to keep your details secure. You’ll need to enter the last 6 digits of the number on the back of your SIM card, so make sure you have it to hand.
