If you’re on Pay Monthly, we’ll let you upgrade early. This means that instead of waiting until your contract ends, you can upgrade in the last month of your contract. This is the upgrade option that most of our customers choose.
And if you’re not in the last 30 days of your Three contract? You can still upgrade, but you’ll need to call us so we can work out your early upgrade fee. Yes, you’ll pay a little more, but if you’re desperate to own a piece of the latest technology, this might be the best option for you. Find out

How to upgrade online.
First of all, check whether you’re eligible to upgrade. Just check your contract end date on the first bill you got from us, or check your My3 account online.
If you haven’t already set up your My3 account, register
here. To see if you’re eligible for an online upgrade,
log in and select 'Your plan and contract details'. If you’re eligible, you’ll see the phones and plans you can choose from in the Upgrades Store – then just pick the one you want and check out.
