We understand that you don’t want to wait ages for your new device to arrive and that not everyone has time to sit at home waiting for a delivery all day. So we have come up with 2 free delivery options, so you can pick one to suit you.
Phones, Tablets and MIFI®
We offer next day delivery (unless otherwise stated) on phones, tablets and MIFI® that are ordered before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in 2 working days.
We’ll ask you for a mobile phone number and email address so we and our delivery partner DPD, can send you up to date delivery information about your order or contact you if there are any unforeseen delays.
Our deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm (we don’t deliver on weekends or bank holidays). We’ll text you on the day of delivery to confirm when you can expect your order to arrive.
Please note that if your order is being delivered to your billing address then it will need to be signed for. If no one’s in, the courier will post a card through the door and will usually try again the next day.
If you’ve pre-ordered a device you many have to wait slightly longer for your delivery, but we’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order and send you any further updates as required.
Order online, deliver to store.
Phones, Tablets and MIFI®
Place your order online at your leisure and have it delivered to a Three Store of your choice. Not all Three stores can receive orders, but you’ll be given the option to pick your nearest participating one during checkout
Providing you place your order before 4pm, your device will be available for collection the next working day (deliveries to our Inverness 3Store take an extra day).
We’ll send you a text when it arrives and you’ll have up to 8 days to go in and pick it up at a time that suits you. If you need a bit of support, our team will be on hand to help you set up your device and suggest the latest apps and accessories.
So now all you need to think about is how to spend that saved day-off.
SIMs & Dongles.
These are delivered to your home address within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail. You will not need to wait in to sign for them.
Tracking your order or contacting us with questions about your order.
If you ordered online and you chose to have your order delivered to your billing address, we’ll text you on the day of delivery with a link to Follow Your Parcel with our delivery partner DPD.
