Follow these steps:
- Purchasing a USB Modem from 3 will mean your Modem is registered with our Network and if your Modem becomes lost or stolen it means we can block it to prevent further use.
- If your Modem is stolen - call 08456 743 333 and 3 will block it so no-one can use it.
- When you purchase your USB Modem from 3, keep a note of your IMEI number as well as the Modem's make and model. This will be useful if your modem is lost or stolen.
- Always be careful when using your Modem in public - never leave it unattended especially in crowded cities or in public places.
