What are software downloads?
Software downloads allow you to upgrade to the latest version of the software for your handset. Simply select your handset manufacturer from the links on the right and you'll be directed to the software section of the manufacturer's website.
If your handset or manufacturer is not listed on the right, the software update service is unavailable. Remember to back up any content you may have stored on the phone as it may be deleted following the software update. Updating software will not alter the handset settings.
Lost your settings?
If you lose the settings for email, internet, SMS or MMS you can get them sent directly to your mobile. You can also reset your settings if you have problems using any of these services. All we need is your phone number,make and model. You can choose the settings you need and we'll send them over - it's that easy.
