When can I upgrade my phone?

You’ll get the best deal if you wait until the last month of your contract. Just get in touch with us and we’ll talk you through your options and set you up. The letter you received when you joined Three or last upgraded has your contract details, including the start and end dates. If you’re unsure of the details, just call us.

If your contract has already run out, you can upgrade at any time. Or if you’re happy with your current phone and monthly plan, there’s no need to do anything. Your services will continue as normal.

If you want to upgrade but you’ve still got a while to go on your contract, you may need to pay an early upgrade fee. We’ll be happy to talk you through your options.

What can I do with my old mobile?
