When can I get an upgrade?

When you have two months left on a 12-month contract or three months left on an 18-month contract.

What do I have to do?

Upgrading's easy. Your best option is to visit your nearest 3Store. There, you can try out what takes your fancy, get help and pick up your shiny new mobile on the spot. Or call us any day of the week on 333 free from your 3 mobile or 0843 373 3333 from any other phone (calls charged at your national rate). We'll run through all your options.

Can I change my price plan

Yes, you can, as long as you've completed your minimum term commitment. Just let us know what you need and we'll come up with an offer that's right for you.

What can I do with my old mobile?
