What's an eBill?

An eBill is a free electronic version of your bill.

We’ll send you a text message to let you know when you can see your latest eBill in your My3 account online, or on your Three phone.

You’ll be able to see the previous 6 months’ bills in My3 on your phone. And you can view and download PDF copies of the last 12 months’ bills in your My3 account online. To view PDFs you'll need Adobe Reader.

Do I have to pay by Direct Debit to get eBills?

Yes, you’ll need to set up a Direct Debit. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to your My3 account online or on your phone.
2. Select 'My account'.

1. Select 'My account'.
2. Select 'Billing preferences'.
3. Choose a new option from the drop-down menu.
4. Select 'Save changes'.

Or give us a call on 333 (free) from your Three phone, or on 0843 373 3333 from any other phone (5p/min from a BT landline, other networks may vary).

You can choose from these options:

  • Summary bills sent by post. These are short printed versions which show the main totals - like your monthly airtime charge and what you’ve spent on calls. You can also get summary bills on your phone.
  • Itemised paper bills sent by post. These are full printed versions which show all the call minutes, text messages and internet data you’ve used.
You’ll be charged £1 for getting an itemised paper bill in the post. A paper summary bill is free of charge.
