Changes to international calling & roaming prices

We've updated our international calling and roaming rates, to make it easier for you to know exactly what your calls will cost.

We used to divide countries into 7 bands, and each band had corresponding roaming rates. Now we only have 3 bands, and these are: EU & selected European countries, non-EU, and the rest of the world.

In addition, there’s good news for all our lovely Pay As You Go customers. You’re now charged the same rates for roaming as our Pay Monthly customers.
