Terminate The Rate campaign update

Terminate The Rate has continued to gather pace since we handed the petition to Ofcom last October. There's now over 120,000 of you who have signed the petition, and the campaign is supported as well by 262 MPs and over 65 organisations. Ofcom's announcement about Mobile Termination Rates is expected in early 2010.

Deliveries affected by bad weather

Due to the extreme weather conditions we’re experiencing slight delays in delivering orders placed online. The worst affected areas include north-eastern and southern Scotland, northern England, northern parts of the Midlands, Wales, and the Isle of Man.

VAT increase

On 1st January 2010, the VAT rate will change to 17.5 %. It was temporarily reduced to 15% on 1st December 2008.
