I’ve got more than one account with 3. Can I use the same PIN?
If you’ve got multiple accounts with us, you'll need to set up a PIN separately for each one. But there's nothing to stop you from using the same number for all your accounts so that it’s easier to remember them.
What if I get my PIN wrong?
If you enter your PIN incorrectly four times, it’ll get temporarily blocked (as a safety measure) and you’ll receive an error message saying: “The PIN is blocked”. If you're using My3 online or on your mobile you’ll have to wait for one minute before you can use your PIN again. If you've called Customer Services and got your PIN wrong, don’t worry, our advisors will still be able to help you.
What if I’ve forgotten my PIN?
Not a problem. Just go back to My3 and reset it!
