Now on participating networks - 3 Italy, 3 Sweden, 3 Denmark, 3 Austria, 3 Hong Kong, 3 Australia and 3 Ireland - you can use your inclusive minutes when calling back to the UK. And it's even more affordable as we charge per second when making calls on these networks. Plus you can also use your allowance to make video calls to the UK.

With 3 Like Home, you can use your inclusive minutes and messages to call or text standard UK numbers when you are on any of the participating networks while abroad. The participating networks are: 3 Italy, 3 Sweden, 3 Denmark, 3 Austria, 3 Hong Kong, 3 Australia and 3 Ireland. The list of participating networks may change so you should check the Going abroad section before travelling.

If you have any in-bundle usage, you can use it when you can call or text any standard UK landline or mobile number.
If you do not have any inclusive allowance left, then calls or texts made to these numbers while you are on the participating networks will be charged at the rates shown below:

• Voice (or Fax) calls to a UK number - 20p per minute (or 12p per minute for customers on Mix & Match price plans)
• Text Messages to a UK number - 10p each (or 12p per minute for customers on Mix & Match price plans)
• Video calls to a UK number - 50p per minute
• Picture messages to a UK number - 25p each
• Video messages to a UK number - 50p each

(excludes calls to premium rate services, personal services numbers and satellite numbers).

You will not be charged to receive calls (or messages) while you are on the participating networks.

Using data services such as browsing Planet 3 on participating networks will also be at the UK rate. Your usage when on a participating network will still count toward any fair use limits, just like when you are in the UK.

All calls to short codes will be treated the same as voice calls.

All calls and messages to non-UK numbers will be charged at our standard international rates for making a call or sending a text to a non-UK telephone number.

3 Like home applies to all Voice Calls, Video Calls, Skype Calls, Text Messaging, Picture & Video Messaging and Data usage by all Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go customers. When on a participating network, you will be charged in per second increments. Free 3 to 3 voice calls, add 3 to 3 voice calls and add landlines are not part of an inclusive usage allowance. If you divert your calls whilst abroad, you will be charged for the call diversion. All charges include VAT, where applicable. VAT is only applicable to calls made or received in the European Union and is currently charged at 17.5%. We cannot guarantee access to or coverage on participating networks. If you cannot access a participating network while abroad, you may obtain access to another network operator in that country, and if you make or receive calls on that other network you will be charged the standard international roaming rates to make (and receive) calls and messages. If your rate plan has inclusive minutes or texts for use only during certain times of the day in the UK, when you make calls or send texts from a participating network then the local time will apply. For example, if you have inclusive call minutes to use between 5pm and 9am each day in the UK, then those inclusive minutes will be used when you make calls between 5pm and 9am at the local time in the participating network country. In the case of any disputes relating to the billing of roaming charges, 3's billing records (including those supplied by 3's overseas networks) will be deemed to be accurate. 3 reserves the right to add or remove participating networks and may suspend, amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
