We're making changes to your SIM plan.

New SIM Plans from Three

We’re always working to make sure we offer the best plans on the market, with great value minutes, data and all-you-can-eat texts that help our customers get the most out of their phones. To do this, we have to change our plans every so often, which includes phasing out some of our older plans and introducing new ones.

If we’ve written to tell you that your current plan is being phased out, you now have the following options:

  1. You can choose to change onto one of our new SIM Plans, or upgrade to a package that includes a brand new phone;
  2. You can cancel your contract and leave us on 30 days’ notice; or
  3. You can change automatically onto the new plan that we selected for you and told you about in your letter. If we don’t hear from you, you’ll automatically be moved onto this new plan.
