  1. This promotion is offered by Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd of 1000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PS (“Promoter” or “Samsung”) and is subject to these terms and conditions.
  2. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. This promotion begins on Friday 14 September 2012 and shall run until Sunday 30th September 2012 the date on which all Promotional Handsets (as defined below) have been purchased, whichever is the earlier (“Promotion Period”).
  4. This promotion is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over who are one of the first 10,000 consumers to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Ace handset from Three during the Promotion Period (a “Promotion Handset”) and who meet and comply with these terms and conditions (“Qualifying Person” or “you”). If you return the Promotion Handset after you have submitted your claim to this offer your claim will be invalid.
  5. The promotion is limited to a maximum of 10,000 consumers on a first come first served basis.
  6. A Qualifying Person is eligible to claim a £20 Amazon gift certificate (the “Gift Certificate”).
  7. To claim the Gift Certificate you must visit www.aceoffer.co.uk before 31st December 2012 enter your personal details, email address and the mobile number and IMEI number of your Promotion Handset. To get your IMEI dial *#06# into your Promotion Handset.
  8. Once your details and IMEI number have been verified you will receive an email containing a £20 voucher code to redeem at www.amazon.co.uk.  Qualifying Persons will receive this email within 28 days of making their claim;

Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificates (“GCs”) may be redeemed on the Amazon.co.uk website or affiliated website Javari.co.uk towards the purchase of eligible products listed in our online catalogue and sold by Amazon.co.uk or any other seller selling through Amazon.co.uk. GCs cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account.   10. Use of the Amazon Gift Certificate is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions (available at www.amazon.co.uk).
  11. You must claim your Gift Certificate by midnight on 31st December 2012 and have redeemed this at Amazon.co.uk by 31 December 2015 otherwise the Gift Certificate will automatically expire.  Please note that any remaining credit on vouchers which have been redeemed in part will be automatically lost if not used by 31 December 2015.
  12. The Promoter will not replace or offer any substitutes or alternatives for any lost, stolen or damaged Gift Certificates.  Samsung shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of Gift Certificates, your inability to access the Internet, or for any website failure.
  13. Each Qualifying Person is only entitled to redeem one Gift Certificate per purchase of a Promotion Handset.
  14. Each Gift Certificate is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to the Gift Certificate (or any part of it).  You are not allowed to sell or transfer your Gift Certificate to any third party.
  15. Samsung reserves the right to substitute all or any part of the Gift Certificate with vouchers of an equal value in the event that the Gift Certificate become unavailable for whatever reason.
  16. Samsung will not be liable for any disruption to this promotion, whether due to technical problems, any difficulties arising from the third party voucher providers or otherwise, which is beyond Samsung’s reasonable control.
  17. By redeeming a Gift Certificate you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  If you breach any of these terms and conditions you will not be entitled to receive or to use the Gift Certificate.  Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
  18. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Samsung promotion.
  19. Samsung reserves the right to withdraw or alter this promotion without prior notice.
  20. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion or with the redemption, possession, or use of the Gift Certificate (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
  21. The Promoter may use any personal information submitted by the participant to advise participants of future promotions and to provide information about products of the Promoter or its associated companies that may be of interest. The participant hereby consents to such personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  22. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Gift Certificate will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
  23. This promotion is governed by English law.
