MobiTV Terms of Use

  • Your £5 or £10 subscription refers to usage of the MobiTV application you have downloaded for a period of 31 days from the first day of download.
  • For any further usage after this 31 day period, you will be requested to pay a further £5 or £10 subscription respectively for a further 31 day usage.
  • 3 continuously update and improve our services, therefore we reserve the right to change or remove channels from MobiTV at any time without prior notice.
  • 3 reserve the right to monitor usage of the MobiTV application.
  • 3 reserve the right to set reasonable usage conditions on usage for any user of the MobiTV application. If a user shows unusually heavy or continuous usage or otherwise uses the MobiTV application in excess of our reasonable usage, conditions, we may ask you to moderate your usage. If you continue to exceed our limits, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service in accordance with the Terms for 3 Services.
  • The MobiTV application is designed for individual handset usage only and any user may not link the application or device to any other playback method. To do so would invalidate the terms of use.
  • The MobiTV is intended for use only on the relevant Nokia 6630, Nokia 6680 and Nokia N70 handsets and should not be tried on any other device.
  • A download is provided for use of the application on a single handset only and the user is not permitted to share it or move it to any other device.
  • The user is not permitted to modify the application in any way.

MobiTV for other handsets
Unfortunately at the moment MobiTV is only available on the three Nokia handset models ¿ Nokia 6630, Nokia 6680 and Nokia N70. We are working hard to increase the availability of MobiTV on other handset models ¿ so come back soon to see if your handset has been added to the list.

If you download this application to any other handset it will not work, but you MAY BE CHARGED for the relevant 31day period. In this instance please call Customer Care.
