The mobile industry sucks, and for too long it’s gone unchallenged. At Three, we’re changing all that. From being charged expensive roaming fees, to having to pay extra for 4G, we’re taking a stand to #makeitright.

Three is rated No. 1 for mobile internet, according to mobile phone users surveyed by YouGov in December 2016. YouGov surveyed 4,043 mobile phone users with Three leading in 11 out of 13 mobile internet categories. Since Three comes top on a majority of these mobile internet measures, we are declared ‘No. 1’.
Feel At Home.
Paying roaming fees to share photos of your hotdog legs on holiday sucks. That’s why with our Advanced Plans you can call and text back home and use your data at no extra cost in even more destinations. On our Essential Plans, usage in these destinations will be chargeable.

Paying extra for 4G sucks. We believe you should get fast internet at no extra cost. That’s why 4G comes as standard on all of our plans.

Coverage.

Coverage and speed are important when you’re choosing a network.

We have more than 97% coverage for calls, texts and mobile internet. You can use our Coverage Checker to find out about coverage in your area.


Delivery.

Phones, Tablets & MIFI ®.

We offer next day delivery (unless otherwise stated) on phones, tablets and Mobile Wi-Fi devices ordered before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in 2 working days.

You can have your device delivered either to your home, or to a Three Store. We’ll need a mobile phone number and email address so we can keep you up to date on your order.

We deliver between 9am and 6pm on weekdays, and deliveries to our Inverness Three Store take an extra day. We don’t deliver on weekdays or bank holidays. If your order’s being delivered to your billing address, it’ll need to be signed for.

SIMs and Dongles.

We deliver SIMs and Dongles to your home address within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail, and you won’t need to wait in to sign for them.

Pre-orders.

The estimated delivery window for pre-order/back-order is 4 weeks, depending on stock arriving from our supplier. You can track your order through DPD and you’ll get an estimated date of delivery when you place your order. We’ll let you know when your device is on its way to you, or if there’s any changes to your order.

We can’t give an exact date for pre-orders because new device launches can be really popular and manufacturers can struggle with demand, which can affect delivery to our warehouse. We don’t want to make promises we can’t keep, so we give you the date we’re aiming towards, and we’ll let you know if there’s any changes.

If you’re a new customer, we can only deliver devices to your billing address or a Three store to protect you against fraud. If you’re upgrading your account, you can select a different address. You can change your delivery date if you want to. Once the device is with DPD, you’’ll receive a text confirming the delivery date and your options.

Returns.

You can return any new and unused device or accessory bought online for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our returns team on 0333 338 1001.

If you change your mind and want to exchange your device for a different make or model, a charge will be applied. You can find details of this in our Price Guide.

Please make sure you keep your delivery note and any collection receipts for orders picked up from one of our Three Stores.

What to expect on your first bill.

Once you’re up and running, you’ll be able to see your first bill in about 7 to 10 days, and we’ll take the first Direct Debit payment around 19 days later.

Your first bill will be a bit higher than normal, because it’ll be for 1 month and up to 8 days extra. After that, it’ll be back to the normal agreed amount.
