Delivery policy.
Dongles & SIMs are delivered within 1-2 working days. You don't need to wait in to sign for these. Phones, MiFi devices & tablet orders placed before 4pm will be delivered by courier the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days. If you've ordered a dongle and laptop, these will be delivered by courier within 3 working days.
Please note that courier deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. We don't deliver on weekends. You'll need to be in to sign for your item. All deliveries are subject to availability. Some deliveries may be delayed due to severe winter weather conditions. You'll find more delivery information, at

Returns policy.
We always hope you’re happy with your new device, but just in case you’re not, you need to understand how to return or exchange it.
You can do a “one time exchange” or return your device within 14 days from the day you received it, provided you haven’t used it and it’s in an “as new” condition.
If it doesn’t come back in its original condition and packaging, you may still be able to return or exchange your device. But you may be charged for any damaged or missing pieces, and in some cases we won’t be able to offer an exchange or return.
