You can upgrade your phone online.
You can upgrade your phone in your My3 account on your computer. It’s quick and easy and you don’t need to wait for your contract to end. Once you’re in the last 30 days of your contract you can upgrade online anytime (please note that you can't upgrade using My3 on your phone).
How to upgrade.
If you've already created a My3 account online and you have a password set up you can find out if you're eligible for an upgrade by clicking below.
If you haven't created a My3 account online, you can do it now by clicking the register button below. Once you’ve finished registering, you’ll see an option to check whether you can upgrade on your My3 account homepage (alternatively, you can click on the 'plan & contract' tab).
