Getting the information from the SIM for your My3 login.
In order to register for My3, you will need the last 6 digits of the number on the back of your SIM card.
Where is the SIM?
In most cases, you will be able to find your SIM card underneath your battery. The location does vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and if you are unsure where it is, you should check your user guide.
Removing the SIM.
The SIM should come out quite easily and is generally held in place with a clip or small 'gate'. Gently open the clip and the SIM should come out quite easily. Again, check your user guide if you are unsure.
What numbers do I need to register for My3?
The numbers you need are the last 6 digits of the SIM serial number (ICCID number), which are written on the reverse side of the SIM next to the gold area. Make a note of these numbers, as these are the ones you will need in order to register for My3.
Remember to put your SIM back, without it your phone won't work.
Putting the SIM back.
To put your SIM back, just follow the above instructions in reverse. The gold area should generally be facing down. Secure the SIM in place with the clip or gate. Your SIM card is what makes your phone work, carrying all of your service information, your number and contacts. As the SIM is designed to fit perfectly into place, you shouldn't have to force any of the clips. Check your user guide if you are unsure.
