Messaging abroad with 3

How it Works
As a 3 customer, you can exchange messages with international networks only when 3 has signed an SMS (or MMS) agreement with that particular network.- If an agreement is in place, you can send messages to, and receive messages from anyone on that network, including UK mobile users who are roaming on that network
- If an agreement is not in place, 3 customers will not be able to receive messages from, or send messages to that network
- Agreements are with individual networks, and not countries. In some countries, 3 will not have agreements with all operating networks. Please check above for detailed country/network agreements
- Due to the complexities involved with international interconnects between networks, we cannot always guarantee the success of messages sent to, or from international networks.
