What is the Bill Analyser Service?
The Bill Analyser Service is a free service for business account holders. As a business customer you?ll receive an Electronic Usage Report that will be sent to your registered e-mail address on a monthly basis. Just open the Electronic Usage Report, using a secure piece of software, and review your monthly usage.
Who will receive the Electronic Usage Report?
Only the Business Account holder will receive the report.
How much does it cost for the monthly report?
Nothing. The report is monthly and is provided free of charge
Why didn?t I receive an Electronic Usage Report?
You need to make sure your email address is registered with us
Why hasn't all the detail been included in the Summary Report?
The Electronic Usage Report can only detail up to 30 phones and 2500 transactions. If more phones are registered and more transactions occur then you'll only be sent summary information. However, if you need us to give you this information, you can call the business contact centre and ask for an itemised bill. What is the Bill Analyser Application compatible / incompatible with?
The Dynamic Report is designed to run on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems only (Windows 2000, XP and above). You won't be able to use it on UNIX or Apple Macs.
Dynamic Reports are compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5, 6.0 & 7.00. Of course future releases will support additional operating systems
What if I?ve lost the software to open the Electronic Usage Report?
You should have a link in the e-mail you receive. Otherwise the software can be downloaded from the www.three.co.uk/business website

What if I don?t want to receive the report anymore?
You'll need to contact the Business Call Centre and ask them to cancel the report.
