Purchasing a phone from 3 will mean your phone is registered with our Network and if your phone becomes lost or stolen it means we can block it and protect your contact address book if you have saved them on your SIM card.
If your phone is stolen ? call 08707 330 337 and 3 will block it so no-one can use it.
Keep your phone details ? when you purchase your phone from 3. Keep a note of your phone make and model, the phone number, serial number and pin number ? this will be useful when reporting your phone lost or stolen.
Always be careful when using your phone in public ? especially crowded cities, never leave it unattended or on display.
Lock your phone ? use your pin ? 3 provides you with a pin so you can lock your phone making it difficult for others to use your phone.

From just 11p per day 3 Cover - Business will provide next working day handset replacement* and that extra reassurance against:
- Loss
- Theft
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Breakdown cover outside your mobile's warranty
- A replacement mobile next working day of claim approval (where possible)
To take advantage of 3 Cover - Business you will need to purchase within 30 days of buying your phone from 3.

* Business Customers will receive a replacement device the next working day before 1pm if the claim is accepted before 3.30pm by the insurer LSG. Any orders placed after 4pm will be despatched from the warehouse the next working day for delivery before 1pm the working day after.
