When you join Three and order any device from us.

Next-day delivery.

Our deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm (we don’t deliver on weekends or bank holidays). We’ll text you on the day of delivery to confirm when you can expect your order to arrive. If your order is being delivered to your billing address then it will need to be signed for. If no one’s in, the courier will post a card through the door and will usually try again the next day.

Please note: If you’ve pre-ordered a device you many have to wait slightly longer for your delivery, but we’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order and send you any further updates as required.

Order online, deliver to store.

Place your order online by 4pm and have it delivered to a Three Store of your choice, for collection the next working day (deliveries to our Inverness 3Store take an extra day). Not all Three stores can receive orders, but you’ll be given the option to pick your nearest participating one during checkout.
We’ll send you a text when it arrives and you’ll have up to 8 days to go in and pick it up at a time that suits you. If you need a bit of support, our team will be on hand to help you set up your device and suggest the latest apps and accessories. So now all you need to think about is how to spend that saved day-off.

SIMS and dongles.

Delivered to home:
These are delivered to your home address within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail. You will not need to wait in to sign for them, they can simply be posted through your letterbox.


When you’ve ordered via Three.co.uk you can exchange or return your phone, tablet or MiFi™ free of charge within 14 days from the day you received your purchase. Just give us a call on 0333 300 3333 (or dial 333 free from an alternative Three phone).

Your device must be in an ‘as new’ condition or you may be charged for the loss of value of the device.

If you've upgraded online or over the phone, your new device can be delivered to an address of your choice between 8am and 6pm on the date we will have given you. You'll be charged £4.99 for your delivery and this will be added to your next bill.

Questions about your order.

If you ordered online and you chose to have your order delivered to your billing address, we’ll text you on the day of delivery with a link to Follow Your Parcel with our delivery partner DPD.
