If you have a compatible phone that you’ve bought from Three, and you're running the latest system software, you don't need to do anything - Wi-Fi Calling will just work when you need it.
You’ll be charged in the same way as normal, so your usage will come out of your monthly allowance, or you'll be charged at the same rate as you usually would be for using our network.
Here's a current list of all our Android phones ready for Wi-Fi Calling. Click the links below to find out how to update your phone with the latest system software.
To make and receive calls and texts with Wi-Fi Calling, you'll need to be connected to Wi-Fi. You can connect to your home Wi-Fi, or any public hotspot when you're out and about. You will know it's working when you see a Wi-Fi calling icon at the top of your phone.
