Directory Enquiries
At 3 we offer two directory service numbers, these can be dialed from your 3 handset or from any other phone line (please note: charging from other phone lines will vary depending on the particular operator's pricing)
National Directory Services
Call 118333 from your 3 mobile - £0.50 per call then £0.25 per minute on call connection.
International Directory Services
Call 118313 from your 3 mobile - £2.25 per call.
To remember them easily we recommend saving these to your contact list
on your handset. Please note that the 195 Directory Service for people
with disabilities is still free to call.

As well as standard numbers, you can call the following types of special numbers:
Non-geographic numbers
Non-geographic numbers (eg 087195 prefix) are usually charged at a higher rate than normal national numbers and aren't included in your allowance.
Personal numbers
Personal numbers (prefixed with 070) are used for receiving calls on an ongoing basis, rather than using a standard fixed line or mobile phone number. Personal numbers are managed by external providers.
Premium numbers
Premium numbers (prefixed with 090, 091, 098) are premium content services. Premium numbers are managed by external providers. You'll usually be barred from calling premium services because they tend to be charged at much higher rates. To make premium rate calls on your phone, you have to get the premium rate ban lifted. To do this, call 333 from your 3 phone and follow the instructions
