1. Can I still get Add Voice 500?
No, but the good news is you could be much better off if you Stretch your Top-up. Why not, for example, triple your minutes and texts by switching £20 of your Top-up to a Stretch20 call and text bundle? That way, you could get 500 minutes or texts to use.
Or double your minutes and texts by getting Stretch15 giving you 300 minutes or texts or a mixture of both.
Plus you get 100 FREE 3 to 3 minutes with every Stretch. Stretch bundles are valid for 30 days.
2. What if I usually pay 30p to other mobiles?
You'll definitely be better off as Flat12 guarantees you one low 12p a minute rate anytime. Plus you'll get free voicemail in the UK.
And the chance to double your minutes and texts with a Stretch15 bundle compared to simply topping up £15. Stretch bundles are valid for 30 days. .
Note: If you are on our earlier WePay tariff any WePay rewards you may have accumulated are not available to be used on Flat12, so you need to bear this in mind.
3. What if I usually get loads of WePay rewards?
WePay rewards only come with the WePay price plan. So, if you want to keep earning WePay rewards, it's best for you to stay on WePay and not switch to Flat12.
But do the sums before deciding. Bear in mind on WePay you pay 30p a minute to call all other 3 mobiles. So by switching to Flat12, you'll save a whopping 18p a minute! Your text charge will increase from 10p to 12p
You could double your minutes and texts by getting a Stretch15 compared to simply using a ?15 Top-up on Flat12. Or convert your Top-up to a Text Add-on (for texts from 5p)

How to Switch to Flat12.
Go to My3 online. Select Check My Balance, followed by Opt-in to Flat12. If you haven?t already set up your free My3 account, it'll only take a moment.

. Now select 'Check my balance' followed by 'Opt-in to Flat12'. We'll then text you to confirm you've switched.
Call 444, select Option 6 and follow the prompts

If you're on WePay, remember to claim your rewards and top up before you switch to Flat12. After you switch, you won't be able to claim rewards any more.
One more thing?
Once you switch to Flat12's low rate, you can't switch back to WePay or ThreePay. But why would you want to?
