Unlocking your mobile
To get your mobile unlocked, you may have to ask your current network for a PUK code**. Once it's unlocked, and you?ve topped up, you'll be able to make calls and send texts. You may also be able to make the most of our Planet 3 services ? from watching TV to surfing the internet ? simply by upgrading some settings.
