Videomail on 3 is an answerphone service for video calling. It’s available to all 3 customers and works just like voicemail, except it’s video. And just like with voicemail, you can record a greeting for people who want to leave a message when you don’t pick up.

How to check your videomail

A video call will be directed to your videomail if you don’t have coverage or if you can’t pick up. When you get a videomail, you’ll receive a text message to let you know. To see it, press 123 and follow the instructions (which you can get via our on-screen menu).
