Getting started

Your first bill

You’ll get your first bill within a few days. It’ll be higher than usual because it’ll include charges for the first 2-20 days of your plan, plus the full cost of the following month. 

That’s just for the first bill, though. After that, you’ll be billed at the agreed monthly cost (plus any charges for services used that are outside of your normal allowance).

We’ll send a notification when your bill’s ready and let you know when payment is due.

Keep your number

Keeping your number is easy. First, get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 from the number you want to keep. Some networks may need your date of birth (DDMMYY) too. Then click below and follow the steps to bring your number to Three.

Set up your new device

Visit our device support guides to learn how to set up your new device. If you’re using a device previously used on another network, you may need to unlock your device

Head over to Smartwatch Pairing support to pair your smartwatch with your Airtime plan.
