2. If you're eligible for Unlimited, we’ll email you with your start date.
3. On that date, we’ll text you once you’ve been upgraded to Unlimited.
Account upgrades take place overnight, so you may get a late night text from us. We hope we don't wake you up.
Please note if you’re within 3 days of starting a new billing cycle, we won’t have enough time to upgrade you. However we'll automatically upgrade your account in a month's time.
