Make use of wuntu before it goes
Sadly, after nearly 3 years, wuntu will be closing on 15 December 2019.
Because you're a Three customer, we want you to have the best perks possible and so we'll be working hard to bring you something even better in the future.
You can still make the most of any deals before the app goes.

We understand that you might have a few questions and we've tried to answer them here
- Why is wuntu shutting down?

We've seen that our users want something a little different to what wuntu can offer at the moment, so we'll be doing some work to find better ways of rewarding our customers.
- When is the wuntu app closing?

The app will shut down at 23:55 on 15 December 2019.
- How long will I be able to use my offers for?
-
Regardless of when you claimed them, all offers in wuntu will expire at 23:55 on 15 December 2019 and must be used before then. If not, they'll be lost.
- When are the last set of offers going live?

The last set of offers will go into the app on 11 December 2019. They'll need to be claimed and used by 23:55 on 15 December or they'll be lost.
- I can't find wuntu on the app store. Where can I download this?

wuntu will no longer be available to download from any app store from 6 December 2019.
- Why can't I register an account on the app?

We won't be taking any new registrations for wuntu from 21 November 2019.
- When will wuntu be replaced?

We're looking for new and improved ways of rewarding our customers. As soon as we have news to share, you'll be the first to know.
- I've entered a prize draw - when will I know if I've won?

If you've won a prize, you'll be contacted by 31 December 2019.
- I've taken out a subscription or offer with a third party - who do I contact if I have an issue?

- Will I be reimbursed for wuntu closing?

As wuntu is a free service, we can't give out any compensation.
- What will happen to my personal data when the app closes?

We will only retain information required for regulatory requirements and/or to handle any questions or complaints. For example, this may include information on any offers you have redeemed and the data permissions you provided.

- How do I change and manage my marketing preferences?

When the app closes, your wuntu preferences will be turned off and you won’t receive any further marketing communications from wuntu. Any marketing preferences managed via the My3 app won’t change and can be managed in the normal way.
- I have a complaint - who can I speak to?

For code queries, please use the Help & Support options within wuntu (until the app shuts down at 23:55 on 15 December 2019). For all product and offer queries, plus Partner terms and conditions, please contact the Partner directly.
- What will happen to my PAYG rewards?

Unfortunately, PAYG rewards will be affected by wuntu's closure. We're looking into what this means for our customers and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
- What will happen to easyJet Hands Free with Three vouchers?

The answer depends on whether you’re a Pay monthly or PAYG Customer.Pay monthly Customers
I’ve already got a voucher. Can I still use it?
If you’re flying on or before 15 December, 2019, no action is needed. Just present your voucher at the easyJet check-in as normal.
If you’re flying after 15 December, 2019, you don’t need to do anything either. We’ll automatically send you a replacement voucher by text (SMS). Again, simply take it to the easyJet check-in.I haven’t got a voucher. How do I get one?
You’ll need to request a text-based (SMS) voucher by texting UPGRADE followed by your easyJet Flight number, date of travel and last name to 88555. It’s a free number so you won’t be charged.
Example: UPGRADE EZY2306 23.6.20 SMITHI’m no longer on Three but I’ve got a voucher.
If you’re flying on or before 15 December, 2019, no action is needed - present your voucher at the easyJet check-in as normal.
If you’re flying after 15 December, 2019, you won’t be eligible for a text-based SMS voucher as you’ll no longer be a Three customer.I had a voucher but I’ve changed phones and/or can’t access my wuntu account. What can I do?
You’ll need to ask for a text-based (SMS) voucher by texting UPGRADE followed by your easyJet Flight number, date of travel and last name to 88555. It’s a free number so you won’t be charged.
Example: UPGRADE EZY2306 23.6.20 SMITHI haven’t received my replacement text-based (SMS) voucher. What should I do?
If you’ve not received a voucher by 16 December, 2019, please ask for a voucher by SMS by texting UPGRADE followed by your easyJet Flight number, date of travel and last name to 88555. It’s a free number so you won’t be charged.

I’ve already got a voucher. Can I still use it?
If you’re flying on or before 15 December, 2019, no action is needed. Present your voucher at the easyJet check-in as normal.
If you’re flying after 15 December, 2019, you don’t need to do anything. We will send you a replacement text-based (SMS) voucher. Again, just take this to the easyJet check-in.I’ve not got a voucher. How do I get one?
Sorry, but easyJet hands Free is only available for Pay Monthly customers or PAYG Rewards customers who have collected sufficient points and already redeemed via wuntuI’ve already got a voucher but I need to change the flight date. How can I do this?
If your new flight date is on or before 15 December, 2019, you can edit your voucher.
If your new flight date is after 15 December, 2019 you won’t be able to use a wuntu voucher for this flight. You’ll need to call our Contact Centre to request a replacement voucher. To call our Contact Centre, dial 333 from your Three phone or, if you’re on another device, call 0333 338 1001 (standard charges apply).
