We're changing our Pay As You Go pricing

From 12 July 2022, some of our standard Pay As You Go rates in the UK will change.
If you're activating a Pay As You Go account after this date, the pricing will already be in place.

Take a look at what's changed:

UK voice calls

Calls to all UK mobiles, standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) and Three voicemail


per minute

Current pricing: 10p per minute.
1-minute minimum call charge applies.

UK text messages

Standard UK text message
(excluding SMS short codes)


per text

Current pricing: 10p per text.

UK mobile data

Data usage within the UK


per MB

Current pricing: 5p per MB.

Important Information

If, because of these changes, you'd like to disconnect your Pay As You Go services with us, you have the right to exit. You may also be entitled to a refund of any outstanding credit. See below for more details.

What you need to do if you wish to disconnect, and check if you're eligible for a refund of any existing credit on your account. Please see the two steps below:

1. For security reasons, you'll need to be a registered Pay As You Go customer to process a refund. If you've not already done this, its quick and easy to register online using My3 at three.co.uk/my3.

2. Once you've registered your details, you need to contact us by 17th July 2022 to see if you're eligible for a refund.

  • On our website: you can use Live Chat at three.co.uk/support/contact-us (08:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 22:00 Saturday and Sunday)
  • Call us on 444 free from a Three phone or on 0333 338 1001* (08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 18:00 Saturday and Sunday)

Important: Credit refunds must be requested no later than 17 July 2022.

What you need to do if you don't have any credit on your account, and you wish to exit our Pay As You Go Services without requesting a refund.

If you don't have any credit on your Pay As You Go account, you can exit our services by not adding any new credit or buying any of our services. If you wish to disconnect your number or port your number to another provider, you can do this easily online, via text, or by phone. Find out more at three.co.uk/support/switching/leaving-three.
