Your plan explained.

Feel At Home.

Using your phone abroad at no extra cost with Feel At Home Around the World is not included on our Essential Plans but you can still enjoy Feel At Home in Europe, covering 49 European destinations. If you travel to our Feel at Home Around the World destinations on an Essential Plan, our roaming charges for that destination apply – see Roaming

If you’ve chosen an Essential plan that includes a monthly data allowance of 12 GB or greater, a fair use policy applies in our Feel At Home in Europe destinations with use over 12GB subject to a surcharge of up to 0.78p/MB except if you are roaming in the following countries in which case it will be 0.65p/MB: Aland Islands, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Personal Hotspot.

With Personal Hotspot, you can use your phone’s data allowance to connect up your other devices. Pretty handy for when you’re nowhere near a Wi-Fi connection. On our Essential Plans, you can’t use your inclusive data allowance to create a personal hotspot.

All-you-can-eat.

If your plan includes an All-you-can-eat allowance, there are no hidden “fair use policies” for this within the UK – we just ask that you use these for your personal use only and not for any illegal, commercial or improper purposes. If you’re using your All-you-can-eat allowance in any Feel At Home destination, this is subject to our Fair Use policy. If you go over this, you’ll be charged a data surcharge of up to 0.78p/MB except if you are roaming in the following countries in which case it will be 0.65p/MB: Aland Islands, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Calls to the call centre

Calls to Customer Services teams will be deducted from your inclusive minutes allowance. If you have used all your voice allowance, these calls will be charged at 35p a minute.

Control your spend.

Set your own limits for voice and data to avoid getting that shocking big bill. You can also benefit from text alerts when you get close to your allowance limits.
