Direct Debit issue
Your Direct Debit’s been cancelled due to a technical error. That means your account may be in arrears.
To bring your account back up to date, please contact us. We can take a payment for the outstanding balance, plus the amount owed for your March bill.
Already made a manual payment for your March bill in April? You’ll need to make another payment for your May bill.
We’re working on reinstating your Direct Debit to cover your May bill, due to be paid in June. But, if we have any issues, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Be scam aware
We won’t ever contact you asking for bank details or Direct Debit information.
If you get a call, claiming to be from Three, asking for payment details don’t share any information. Instead, contact us directly using the contact details from three.co.uk.
