About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the terms on which business customers who purchase an iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max / member of the iPhone 15 Series on a Three Business plan (“New Device”) are eligible to claim an additional £180 (“Reward”) on top of the standard trade-in value of their device (“Promotion”).

Promoter

The Promotion is run and operated by Hutchison 3G UK Limited trading as Three, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03885486 whose registered office is at Green Park, 450 Longwater Avenue, Reading, Berkshire RG2 6GF (“Three”, “We” or “Us”). Devices traded-in under the Promotion are recycled by our trade-in partner, Ingram Micro Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03591124 whose registered office is at Communications House, Vulcan Road North, Norwich, Norfolk (“Trade-In Partner”).

Promotion period

The Promotion will commence at 13:00 on 15th September 2023 and will close at 23:59 on 3rd of November 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). Trade-in claims must be submitted online via the Three Recycle website at https://businessrecycle.three.co.uk/ (“Trade-In Site”) by 23.59 on 17th November 2023. Whilst Three has taken steps to anticipate demand for the Promotion, Three reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier in the event demand is unexpectedly high.

Eligibility for the Promotion

The Promotion is available to any Three Business customer who purchases (including upgrades to) a New Device on a Three Business plan directly with Three (via three.co.uk, in any Three store or via the Three customer contact centre) within the Promotion Period. Purchases made via any third party (e.g., via any third-party website) shall not be eligible. Having done so, to be eligible to claim the Reward, customers can trade-in any eligible device currently listed by Three by 23:59 on 17th November 2023 which meets the conditions set out in the Three Recycle Terms & Conditions (“Trade-In Conditions”), i.e., it must be functional, complete and in good order (“Eligible Device”). ‘Save up to £782’ - To achieve the maximum saving of up to £782 you will need to trade-in an original iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB device by 17th November 2023. Maximum £782 save consists of iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB value of £602 (subject to meeting the Trade-In Conditions, i.e., it must be functional, complete and in good order) plus iPhone enhanced trade in value of £180.  All trade in values are inclusive of VAT.

How to claim

You will need to have received your New Device (iPhone 15) before claiming the Reward. Once you have your New Device, go to https://businessrecycle.three.co.uk and follow the trade-in instructions, using the IMEI number of your New Device as the promo code. You must purchase your New Device by 23:59 on 3^rd of November 2023 and claim your Reward by 23:59 on 17th November 2023.

Once you have submitted your claim, you will then need to send your old Eligible Device to the Trade-In Partner to claim your Reward and trade-in value. Further details on sending your Eligible Device are set out in the Trade-In Conditions.

On receipt, our Trade-In Partner will assess your Eligible Device and determine the trade-in value of your Eligible Device as set out in the Trade-In Conditions.

The Trade-In Partner will pay the Reward to you at the same time as the trade-in value for your Eligible Device (as determined by, and in accordance with, the Trade-In Conditions).

General

Refunds for any New Device you purchase are subject to the contract you take out with Three for that New Device.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in this Promotion (or any aspects of them), and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused arising out of or connected to this Promotion.

Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion) by changing these Terms and Conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.

Information that Participants supply when entering the Promotion will be used only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Three’s Privacy and Security policy, and Three’s Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions for Business customers, governing the use of Three Services. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Trade-In Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions and any contract entered into between Three and you will be governed by English law.

New and existing Three Business customers who purchase 12 or 24 month Unlimited SIM-only business plans directly from Three in-store, online, or by telephone via our contact centre are eligible to unlock a discounted monthly price (see table below) for 12 or 24 month Unlimited SIM-only business plans purchased from 09:00 on 30th August 2023 until such time as this offer is withdrawn (“Promotion Period”). Discounted monthly price-per-SIM determined as shown in table below (in column 1, total number of plans includes the total number of 12 or 24 month Unlimited SIM-only business plans (as applicable) in existence at the time of purchase, including those purchased prior to 30th August 2023, together with the number of additional 12 or 24 month Unlimited SIM-only business plans (as applicable) which the customer wishes to purchase):

Customer must maintain the minimum holding to continue to benefit from the discounted monthly price-per-SIM, failure to maintain the required minimum holding will result in either (i) customer dropping to a lower tier to match their current holding; or (ii) where only one SIM is held the remaining SIM shall revert to the current published price.

Scenario 1: New Customer
If a new business customer buys 2 Unlimited 24 month SIM only plans during the Promotion Period, they will unlock our first discount tier of £12.50 per month (ex. VAT) per SIM. If this business customer comes back and purchases another 3 Unlimited 24 month SIM only plans during the Promotion Period, they will unlock our second discount tier and these additional 3 SIMs will each cost £10 per month (ex. VAT).). If the customer also wishes to purchase 2 Unlimited 12 month SIM only plans, the number of 24 month Unlimited SIMs is not taken into account when calculating discount to be applied. The customer will therefore unlock our first discount tier and the price per 12 month Unlimited SIM will be £15 (ex. VAT).

Scenario 2: Existing Three Business Customer
If an existing business customer already has 4 existing Eligible Plans, purchased prior to 30th August 2023, and they come back and purchase an additional 3 Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period, they will unlock our third discount tier and these 3 additional Eligible Plans will each cost them only £10 per month (ex. VAT, pricing based on 24-month contract). The 4 existing Eligible Plans will remain on the pre 30th August 2023 pricing.

Price available on our 12 month 20GB data business plan, with Three Means Business benefits (see three.co.uk/business). 20GB for the price of 10GB available to new and upgrading customers on Three Means Business 12 month SIM-only plans. Existing Three Business Boundless customers who purchase additional 24 month unlimited Boundless SIM Only business plans directly from Three via call back from our contact centre are eligible to unlock a discounted monthly price (see table below) for 24 month unlimited Boundless SIM Only business plans purchased from 09:00 on 30 October 2023, until such time as this offer is withdrawn (“Promotion Period”). Discounted monthly price-per-SIM for new Eligible Plans purchased, determined as shown in table below (in column 1, total number of plans includes the total number of 24 month unlimited Boundless SIM Only business plans (as applicable) in existence at the time of purchase, including those purchased prior to 30 October 2023, together with the number of additional 24 month unlimited Boundless SIM Only business plans (as applicable) which the customer wishes to purchase).

Scenario 1: When a new customer becomes an existing Three Business customer
If a new business customer buys 2 unlimited Boundless 24 month SIM Only plans during the Promotion Period, they will unlock our first discount tier of £12.50 per month (ex. VAT) per SIM. If this business customer comes back and purchases another 3 unlimited Boundless 24 month SIM Only plans during the Promotion Period, they will unlock our third discount tier and these additional 3 SIMs will each cost £8 per month (ex. VAT). If the customer also wishes to purchase 2 unlimited Boundless 12 month SIM Only plans, the number of existing 24 month unlimited Boundless SIMs is not taken into account when calculating discount to be applied. Scenario 2: Existing Three Business customers

This Samsung A Series cashback promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of selected Samsung A Series Devices between 00:01 on 20/03/2024 and 23:59 on 16/04/2024 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

This Samsung A-Series with Samsung Wallet Voucher gift-with-purchase promotion (”Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited  (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of new Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, Galaxy A25 5G or Galaxy A15 between 00:01 on 20^th March 2024 and 23:59 on 14^th May 2024 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.  

 Eligible customers (UK residents aged 18+) who purchase any Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, A25 5G or A15 on any tariff directly from Three in Retail, online or via the Contact Centre (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one Samsung Galaxy Store Voucher Code worth £20 to use in the Galaxy Store (“Voucher Code”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter.  

Claim Process: 

After purchase of the Qualifying Item during the Promotion Period, before participants visit Samsung Wallet they need to use the “phone function” on the Qualifying Item to ensure that it is connected to the carrier sim network. Participants should then visit the Samsung Wallet app which is pre-loaded onto the devices and either register or sign in to Samsung Wallet, navigate to the menu, then go to the promotions tab, select the Galaxy Store promotion and click redeem (the “Claim”). Once a Claim has been initiated, the Promoter shall process and verify the Claim. Upon verification (and only if the Claim is successfully verified by the Promoter), the Participant shall then receive their Voucher Code. 

The Participant must register their Voucher Code within the Galaxy Store app to redeem the £20 Voucher: 

1. To register a received Voucher Code in the Galaxy Store, Participants must do the following (a “Registration”): 

1. From the voucher box in the Samsung Wallet, Participants must: 

1. Copy the Voucher code through clicking the “Copy” button and click the “Redeem” button at the Samsung Wallet voucher details; 

1. Click the “+” button on the Vouchers and Gift cards in the Galaxy Store; 

1. Paste the Voucher code in the ‘Add voucher or gift card’ pop-up and click the “okay”; and 

1. Then the Participant can see the Galaxy Store Voucher in the Galaxy Store voucher box. 

1. If the Participant has already copied the Galaxy Store Code and visited the Galaxy Store separately they must:  

1. Click on the promotional box button (The gift icon in the top right corner) displayed on the Samsung Galaxy Store home page; 

1. Click the “Coupons” in the top right corner; 

1. Click the “+” button on the coupons and gift cards screen in the Galaxy Store; 

1. Paste the voucher code in the ‘Add voucher or gift card’ pop-up and click the “okay”; and 

1. Then the Participant can see the Galaxy Store voucher in the Galaxy Store voucher box. 

Participants must complete the Claim in Samsung Wallet no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th May 2024. Claims received after this date will be invalid. 

Once the Voucher Code has been claimed from Samsung Wallet the Participant has thirty (30) days to register (as outlined above) the Voucher Code to their Galaxy Store Account and a further thirty (30) days from Registration to spend it. No refund shall be provided. Registrations and Galaxy Store Code redemptions received after this will be invalid. This does not affect a Participant’s statutory rights. 

 Voucher Code and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.
