1. Overview of your bill
Your bill period
The date up to which this bill covers.
Your account number
Your Three billing account number.
Bill date
The date of this bill.
Your bill number
Unique reference number for this bill.
Your phone number/Number of connections
Shows the number of connections associated with this billing account, or in the case of a single connection will display your Threre phone number. If you’ve ported a number to Three, this will show as a separate connection to the temporary number issued with your contract.

Shows the number of connections associated with this billing account, or in the case of a single connection will display your Three Business phone number. If you’ve brought a number to Three Business, this will show as a separate connection to the temporary number issued with your contract.

Monthly recurring charges
This is your monthly recurring charges total. These charges will normally be the same each month except on your first bill or the bill directly following a change in price plan and/or add-ons.
Charges, discounts and credits
This shows a total of any additional charges, discounts and/or credits applicable that have been added to this bill.
Usage charges
This is a breakdown of any other usage charges outside of what is covered in your monthly package.
VAT
The total monthly recurring charges, other charges, discounts, and credits are shown here. Underneath, you’ll see the combined total of those charges and the VAT applied. Finally, you’ll see the total charges after VAT and the total amount due to be taken on your payment date.

Monthly recurring charges
This is the total of your monthly recurring charges. They’ll usually be the same each month but there are some exceptions.
Charges, discounts, and credits
This shows a total of any additional charges, discounts and/or credits applicable that have been added to this bill. This can include picture messages, roaming charges, premium service call/text charges, or Shortcode messages.

This is a breakdown of any other usage charges outside of what's covered in your monthly package.
VAT
The total monthly recurring charges, other charges, discounts, and credits are shown here. Underneath, you’ll see the combined total of those charges and the VAT applied. Finally, you’ll see the total charges after VAT and the total amount due to be taken on your payment date.

This is the total amount due for payment and the date the payment is due by. The amount will include any balance brought forward from the previous month.
