Wi-Fi Calling. Three inTouch.
Call and text whenever you're on Wi-Fi.
How it works.
In areas with no signal...
Your phone will use Wi-Fi...
- To keep you connected.
You will know it's working when you see this symbol at the top of the screen on your Android device.
How to get it.
- 1. Have a compatible device.
Three InTouch is available on most devices with Android 4.0 or above, or iOS 6 or above for iPhones. You’ll need to make sure your phone’s software is up to date (you can find out how to do that here).
- 2. Download and activate the app.
All you need to do to get the app is search for “Three InTouch” on either Google Play or the App Store, and select Install. You need to be connected to our network to activate the app for the first time. If you’re having any trouble connecting, you can check out our troubleshooter.
- 3. Connect to Wi-Fi.
To make calls and send texts with Three inTouch, you’ll need to be connected to Wi-Fi. You can connect over either your home Wi-Fi or any of the free Wi-Fi hotspots all over the UK.
Great news. Selected Android devices* can access our 4G Super-Voice network.
As of April 2016, selected Android devices only* will be able to access our new 4G Super-Voice network by downloading the latest version of Three inTouch from the Play store. This should give you coverage in more places, even if you don't have Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, we can't support Apple (iOS) phones with this feature.
