Phones, smartwatches, tablets and laptops are all available on Three Your Way plans.

Yes, you can upgrade to another device on your existing number at any time, without having to settle the outstanding debt. You’ll continue to pay for your device until it’s settled.

Any upgrades may be subject to an early upgrade fee if you’re still within your minimum term. But you can take out a second device plan and airtime plan if you can afford to do so.

No, you won’t pay interest because we currently offer 0% APR when you spread the cost with a device plan.

Yes, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. There may be a cancellation fee if you’re still within your minimum term.

No, but you can choose a plan that suits you.

Your device plan is separate to your airtime plan. They’re 2 different contracts, so you’ll see two separate direct debits on your bank statement.

The device plan payment appears as “H3G Device Plan Agreement” and the other is for the airtime plan. Once your device is fully paid off, your direct debit will stop automatically. If you continue on the same plan you signed up to, you’ll then only pay your airtime plan.

No, you don’t need to pay off your phone or tablet in full before you upgrade to a new device plan, but think about the financial impact of having 2 monthly device plan agreements.

You can move between Three Your Way plans, as long as you don’t go below your current plan. If you’d like to move to a different plan altogether, this might be subject to an early upgrade fee. 

Yes, each plan comes with a certain number of Daily Go Roam passes. See below for a breakdown of the different allowances:

1. 12 month Value plan customers get 14 Daily Go Roam passes 

2. 24 month Value plan customers get 28 Daily Go Roam passes 

3. 12 month Complete plan customers get 28 Daily Go Roam passes 

4. 24 month Complete plan customers get 56 Daily Go Roam passes 


Each pass is valid for 24 hours and can be used throughout the minimum term of your plan, after which they’ll automatically expire. 

You can check your allowance in the My3 app.

Complete and Value customers get an extended warranty when they take a device with their plan. The warranty is up to 3 years and lasts until you upgrade your plan or leave Three.

Customers on a 24-month Complete plan enjoy screen repair cover.

Paramount+ is included with Value and Complete plans. Anyone on a Lite plan can add Paramount+ for £6.99 per month through the My3 app once you’ve got your phone and plan. 

You’ll be sent an SMS with an activation link to set up Paramount+ and create an account. 


Your Paramount+ subscription begins on your contract start date, so you should click on your activation link as soon as possible. 


We’ll send you a reminder SMS in case you forget to activate your subscription.
