At Three, we want everybody to get the best possible experience with us. It’s why we’re so pleased to be able to tell you about our new in-store Video Relay service, which will help users of British Sign Language (BSL) get the most out of their mobile services.

For while now, we’ve been working with a company called Sign Solutions to make our services more accessible to users of British Sign Language (BSL). Three years ago we set up a service together so customers could chat with us via a BSL interpreter on the Three website (using their webcam, tablet or mobile device).

Even better, from this week on we’re putting service in stores – four at first, then hopefully more in the future. BSL users will be able to talk to our specially-trained staff there and then in-store, via an iPad video connection to a BSL interpreter.

Where can you find this service?

You can speak to us via a BSL interpreter in these stores:

London White City
Unit 1152 White City, Westfield London Shopping Centre

Burnley

Cardiff
