Sorry, you've hit your spend cap. That might have been caused by excessive data use or roaming.
You can set a Spend Cap to limit your spending on things not included in your monthly plan. This includes calls, texts and data. But things like Add-ons, insurance and using Three Pay aren’t included.
You can change your Spend Cap using the Three app, or by logging into your account.
