Managing services on your account
Our voicemail service lets people leave a voice message when they can't get through to you. Here we'll explain how to turn this on or off.
We'll also cover how to manage your international roaming, international calling, and premium rate services. This helps prevent any nasty surprises appearing on your bill.
Managing voicemail
To switch voicemail on or off, open the Three Pay As You Go app or log in to your account and select Manage services.
If your phone's been set up to divert calls, any missed calls will be put through to the diverted number, rather than your voicemail.
Managing international roaming, international calls, and premium services
To switch these services on or off, open the Three Pay As You Go app or log in to your account and select Manage services.
- International roaming – lets you make calls, send texts, and use your data while abroad
- International calls – when switched on, lets you make calls to other countries from the UK
- Premium rate services – these are micro-payments for things you've signed up for, like games, charity donations, or chat services
Just remember, international roaming is always turned on by default for new customers, so take care when you head overseas.
Go Roam – using your allowance abroad
Want to use your allowance to call home, send texts, and use data in over 70 destinations at no extra cost?
No problem. If international roaming's switched on, our Go Roam service will kick in automatically when you head to one of the countries it covers.
