Statements of compliance
On 29 April 2024, new security regulations came into effect for suppliers of consumer products that connect to the internet or a network - like smartphones and broadband routers. The legislation protects customers against cyber threats; preventing personal data breaches and cyber fraud.
As part of the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act, relevant companies must now publish a statement of compliance to declare that they’ve met the regulations. You can see them below.

Reporting cyber security issues
To report a cyber security issue with a connectable Three product, send an email to psti@three.co.uk and include:
- a description of the issue
- make and model of your device
- your name and contact details
You’ll get an automated response acknowledging the email within 24 hours and ongoing support until the problem is resolved.
