Samsung A-Series with Samsung Wallet Voucher gift-with-purchase promotion

Terms and conditions

This Samsung A-Series with Samsung Wallet Voucher gift-with-purchase promotion (”Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited  (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of new Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, Galaxy A25 5G or Galaxy A15 between 00:01 on 20th March 2024 and 23:59 on 14th May 2024 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

Eligible customers (UK residents aged 18+) who purchase any Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, A25 5G or A15 on any tariff directly from Three in Retail, online or via the Contact Centre (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one Samsung Galaxy Store Voucher Code worth £20 to use in the Galaxy Store (“Voucher Code”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter.

Claim Process:

After purchase of the Qualifying Item during the Promotion Period, before participants visit Samsung Wallet they need to use the “phone function” on the Qualifying Item to ensure that it is connected to the carrier sim network. Participants should then visit the Samsung Wallet app which is pre-loaded onto the devices and either register or sign in to Samsung Wallet, navigate to the menu, then go to the promotions tab, select the Galaxy Store promotion and click redeem (the “Claim”). Once a Claim has been initiated, the Promoter shall process and verify the Claim. Upon verification (and only if the Claim is successfully verified by the Promoter), the Participant shall then receive their Voucher Code.

The Participant must register their Voucher Code within the Galaxy Store app to redeem the £20 Voucher:

a. To register a received Voucher Code in the Galaxy Store, Participants must do the following (a “Registration”):

  1. From the voucher box in the Samsung Wallet, Participants must:
  2. Copy the Voucher code through clicking the “Copy” button and click the “Redeem” button at the Samsung Wallet voucher details;
  3. Click the “+” button on the Vouchers and Gift cards in the Galaxy Store;
  4. Paste the Voucher code in the ‘Add voucher or gift card’ pop-up and click the “okay”; and
  5. Then the Participant can see the Galaxy Store Voucher in the Galaxy Store voucher box.

b. If the Participant has already copied the Galaxy Store Code and visited the Galaxy Store separately they must:

  1. Click on the promotional box button (The gift icon in the top right corner) displayed on the Samsung Galaxy Store home page;
  2. Click the “Coupons” in the top right corner;
  3. Click the “+” button on the coupons and gift cards screen in the Galaxy Store;
  4. Paste the voucher code in the ‘Add voucher or gift card’ pop-up and click the “okay”; and
  5. Then the Participant can see the Galaxy Store voucher in the Galaxy Store voucher box.

Participants must complete the Claim in Samsung Wallet no later than 23:59 GMT on 28th May 2024. Claims received after this date will be invalid.

Once the Voucher Code has been claimed from Samsung Wallet the Participant has thirty (30) days to register (as outlined above) the Voucher Code to their Galaxy Store Account and a further thirty (30) days from Registration to spend it. No refund shall be provided. Registrations and Galaxy Store Code redemptions received after this will be invalid. This does not affect a Participant’s statutory rights.

Voucher Code and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
