We’re making significant investments in our network to roll out the latest 4G technology and build the UK's fastest 5G network.
Our 4G network enhancements will improve call quality and increase speeds by up to 130% in certain locations. That’s like downloading your favourite movie in 14 seconds, when it used to take 30. And improved call quality means less interruption when chatting to your mates or family.

We'll be upgrading the network in our busiest locations. We'll contact you in advance by email or SMS if an area close to your billing address is being upgraded.
