All you need is a qualifying plan with Three and then to add one or more additional plans to the same account via our website, one of our retail stores, or by speaking to one of our customer care team.
You have a qualifying plan if you’ve purchased a SIM Only plan, a phone, tablet or laptop Airtime plan, data SIM plan, a home broadband plan, a mobile broadband plan for MiFis and dongles.
If you have a qualifying plan, you can buy up to 6 of the following additional plans for yourself or your favourite people and get a Connect Together discount.
Your Connect Together discounts will continue for as long as you have an eligible qualifying plan. If you cancel your qualifying plan, the Connect Together discount will be removed from your other plan with Three.
Good news, you can benefit from our Connect Together discount for up to 6 additional plans. You can still add more than 6 additional plans, but they will not benefit from the Connect Together discount.
Our Connect Together discount can't be used in conjunction with any other plan offer. There may be times when you're offered the Connect Together discount alongside another discount. In this instance, you'll be able to choose the one that suits you best.
If you purchase a device using a finance agreement (also known as a device loan), this agreement will not benefit from a Connect Together discount.
Please note that the Connect Together discount only applies to the cost of your monthly airtime plan or broadband plan and you won’t get a discount for other charges such as calls, texts, and data usage outside your allowances, add-ons, and premium rate charges.
The Connect Together discount on the additional plan/s is not compatible with any other discounts on the same plan (including promotions, students plans, and Friends & Family).
The Connect Together discount doesn’t apply to Pay As You Go customers or the purchase of any other product (e.g. a smartwatch).
The Connect Together discount is applied to the monthly charge for the additional plan/s only and not applied to any other charges incurred in connection with your additional plan.
