An update from the Discovery team

We’re committed to supporting our customers as best we can during this time and in the future. With that in mind, we’ve had to make some temporary changes to how we operate.

As a result, the Discovery team are offline for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, this means that they’re unable to reply to emails or any other contact. We’ll update this article a soon as they’re up and running again.

Why Discovery is important

A recent survey by Lloyds found that 21% of people in the UK lack the basic digital skills. They found that there were 4 barriers stopping people from getting online: access, skills, confidence, and motivation.

We want to break through those barriers with our Discovery team. We’re offering free sessions to help you develop your digital skills and stay connected. And you don’t even have to be a Three customer to take part.

Who are Discovery sessions aimed at?

Absolutely everyone, all ages, and abilities. All you need is to want to learn something new or to brush up on your skills.

What can you expect in a Discovery session?

Whether you want something practical, like help with Wi-Fi, or help with something creative, like blogging, Discovery has it covered. The sessions are short and easy to understand.

But, if you’re not sure of something, or want to ask the presenter a question, just use the chat box. They won’t be able to answer any customer service or account-related questions though. Save those types of questions for our customer service team. You can get in touch with them by clicking the Live Chat with us now option, then get customer service support.

And you don’t need to worry about information overload either – each session lasts for around 25 minutes.
