Announcement: We’re pausing Pay As You Go Rewards

We’re making some changes to our Pay As You Go Rewards programme. Read on for all the details and FAQs.

What’s happening to Pay As You Go Rewards?

Unfortunately, wuntu is closing with effect from 11.59pm on 15 December 2019. This will affect Pay As You Go Rewards as it is currently delivered through wuntu.

We are working hard to find a new way to deliver the rewards you loved. Until then, we will be taking Pay As You Go Rewards offline. We’ll update this page first with our relaunch plans for 2020, so stay tuned.

What happens when I buy an Add-on after 15 December?

Any Add-ons you purchase after Pay As You Go Rewards goes offline will not collect rewards points.

I have an unclaimed subscription or tech voucher, what do I do?

Make sure you go into the wuntu app and claim your reward before 11.55pm on 15 December 2019. You can claim your subscription on the relevant partner website for up to 30 days after you’ve chosen it via wuntu, just make sure you keep your unique code handy. For tech vouchers, you’ve got 6 months from the date you claim it to use the voucher on this website: https://rewards.three.co.uk/

We’ll also be sending you two free subscription codes via SMS to thank you for being part of Pay As You Go Rewards so far. These will be sent you via SMS in the weeks after wuntu closes with a link directly to the subscription partner website, so don’t miss it. These are claimable for a period of 30 days after they are sent to you and subject to the terms of the partner’s platform.

I haven’t earned a reward yet, I but have collected some points.

What happens if I’m between tiers?

I am a new Three Pay As You Go customer and wanted to sign up for Pay As You Go Rewards.

Pay As You Go Rewards will be returning in 2020, so make sure you stick around and keep an eye out for the launch. We’ll update this page ahead of launch.
